Corpus Christi was founded in 1517, although building had begun in 1512. It is the twelfth oldest of the Oxford
Colleges and one of the smallest by student population.
There is a brief history on the
College Website.
These two postcards show the main quadrangle of the college with
the famous "Pelican Sundial", which was erected in 1581.
