Aston Cantlow
A former Cantlow resident, Sarah King, has emailed us about this postcard, which
was mailed in 1922. She is pretty sure she has identified the girls in the picture as
Patricia and Oliver Bayliss, although she is not 100% sure. Can you confirm this ?
Sarah's grandmother's family lived in Mill House for many years and she would like
to know more about this house - we will be happy to pass on any information you
can provide !
Kings Head, Aston Cantlow
A super old postcard of the King's Head - presumably the people outside are the
landlord and his family - can anyone identify them ?
Another view of the village with the King's Head on the left.
